This blog seek to reflect on the challenges and opportunities created by climate change. It includes reflections on the institutional design of the UNFCCC and related legal frameworks from an academic perspective, as well as on the many challenges that this institutional designs pose to the achievement of the general objective of estabilising greenhouse concentrations in the atmosphere.
